John obtained his Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2010 from Walden University and he has over nine years of clinical counseling experience. He became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in 2014. He offers treatment for adults, adolescents, and children ages 8 to 12 for individual and family therapy in a safe and supportive environment. John uses a diverse range of approaches including mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and strength-based therapy to work collaboratively with his clients to help them successfully overcome their challenges and meet their identified goals. John’s passion is helping his clients to reconnect with their authentic, empowered selves in a healthy way and to engage in positive relationships for a more fulfilling life.
