I’ve been a mental health service provider since 2004, after earning my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida. I’m currently pursuing a doctorate in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University, where my research focuses on what makes couples resilient, particularly the roles of emotional intelligence, constructive conflict resolution, and relationship transformation.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Humanistic and Client-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, among others, within a trauma-informed approach. While theory and technique are crucial, I believe the heart of therapy lies in genuine human connection. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.
You may be navigating stress, loss, disconnection, conflict, anger, depression, anxiety, a difficult event, or have been living with trauma. You may already have insight into your challenges and just need the right support to move forward. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, perspective, and encouragement as you do the meaningful work of change.
