Hello, my name is Neska Garcia, and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in both New York and Florida. For over 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through challenges such as stress, anxiety, trauma, anger, and depression. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly.
I also work with couples and marriages, helping partners strengthen their connection, improve communication, and navigate life’s transitions together. I believe that healing happens through understanding, trust, and collaboration, and I’m here to walk alongside you on that journey.
