Bio
Dr. Hirsh is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Alabama. She earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Memphis. Dr. Hirsh obtained her M.A. in Counseling and her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Biology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She completed her Postdoctoral Fellowship in Developmental Psychology at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and Monroe Carell Junior Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. Dr. Hirsh completed her Internship at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and Le Bonheur Children’s Medical Center. She has clinical experience working across multiple settings including private practice, children’s hospitals, residential treatment centers, university research facilities, day treatment centers, and vocational rehabilitation facilities. Dr. Hirsh’s research focused on identifying career interests in adolescents with emotional and behavioral disorders and vocational identity formation among individuals with different types of disabilities.
