Diahann Suchan, LMFT has been a licensed clinician for over 20 years. She is also a Qualified Supervisor working with licensed eligible therapists. She has worked in a multitude of settings including in-home, office, Corrections, Sexual Abuse Treatment programming and Residential care for youth in the foster care system. Diahann has worked with persons from ages 5 and up, doing individual, couple and family therapy. She has worked with victims of trauma of all ages and backgrounds.
She is trained in a variety of clinical modalities, with an emphasis in trauma and grief. Diahann uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavior Strategies, Internal Family Systems, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused, Mindfulness and Emotion Regulation.
My belief is that people can feel out of control and powerless, and my goal is to assist people to find their sense of self-control in their own lives. I look forward to working with you and your family.
