Laura Jasen is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida with over nine years of clinical experience. She earned her master’s degree in counseling from the University of South Florida and is a Certified EMDR Therapist. Laura specializes in supporting adult clients through a range of challenges, including: Anxiety Bereavement and Grief Bipolar Disorder Life Transitions and Adjustments Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Sexual Trauma Trauma Her therapeutic approach is integrative, blending EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoeducation to help clients process trauma, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. Laura is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s complexities and uncover their inner strength. She offers both in-person appointments at the Tampa office and telehealth sessions.
