I am a bilingual (English/Spanish), I have over 15 years of clinical experience. I love to work with clients who are experiencing some sense of lack of self-confidence, self- esteem issues, feelings of doubt and fear and experience some difficult in making decisions. My empathy, compassion and understanding give away for a positive therapeutic relationship in which I will help you achieve your goals, my focus is to empower you and assist you recognizing your strength no matter what the challenges might be.
After the initial first sessions, I will be able to identify your strengths and use them in order to motivate you and use them as a driving factor in your counseling process. I genuinely will listen to you and ask you questions in order to check with you that we are on the same page. I work with adolescents, couples, families and individuals. Usually, at the end of each session, I will schedule another appointment in order to have the consistency and momentum of your desire to work on your problems.
