Manuel Mota-Castillo, M.D. received his medical degree from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo. He trained in Adult psychiatry in Boston and Phoenix and completed a Fellowship in Child & Adolescent psychiatry in NYC. Dr. Mota-Castillo has published 3 books, all of them addressing topics such as PTSD, OCD, MMD, ADHD, and Bipolar Spectrum Disorders, and has been involved in academic endeavors and published multiple articles in psychiatric journals. Until 2018, he was the Chair of the psychiatric department at a medical school in New Mexico, and currently, he is a Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at UCF. He is bilingual, English and Spanish.
