I am licensed in Florida with 3 years of professional work experience. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of New England in 2018. My therapy approach is warm and engaging. I believe in meeting people where they are at and empowering them to tell their story how they experience it. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. My approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, mindfulness, solution Focused, and trauma informed treatment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
