Bio

Mary Beth H. Dawicki, LPC, CEAP graduated from Boston University with a Bachelors degree in Psychology in 2002 and obtained a Masters in Mental Health Counseling degree, with a specialization in School & Community in 2009 from Lesley University. She has worked in a community mental health, in home therapy model and outpatient settings helping children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and adjustment issues. She has most recently worked overseas, helping children, adolescents and adults with various mental health concerns including substance addiction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD and other quality of life issues.

Mary Beth uses an integrative therapeutic approach to meet the needs of individuals and families. She utilizes cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, client-centered, and strengths-based techniques with an emphasis on mindfulness. Mary Beth is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has participated in Level II training for Gottman Therapy, utilized for marriage and relationships. She works with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger management issues, life transitions, ADHD, stress, self-esteem issues, marriage and family, grief, and addiction.

In her free time Mary Beth is often found participating in fitness, culinary exploration and enjoying a variety of music and arts.
