Kelley has over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and seniors. This experience deepened her understanding of the importance of developing adaptive coping mechanisms throughout an individuals’ lifespan. Helping others inspired Kelley to further expand her knowledge and earn a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a clinical focus from Florida State University in 2008.
Kelley’s therapeutic style is client-focused. She values building a trusting, positive, healing relationship with clients and she partners with clients to develop a treatment plan for each individual client. She has experience with various treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavior modification, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing and dialectical behavior therapy. In life, we all are challenged with and by circumstances. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, isolation, communication difficulties, a challenging life circumstance, or trauma, Kelley will work with you to gain needed coping mechanisms and skills to achieve a more peaceful, satisfying life.
