FROM OUT OF TOWN:

1) From the north or south, take 75 to exit 210 (Fruitville Road).
2) Go west (right if you are coming from the north and left if  from the south) onto Fruitville Road for 4-5 miles.
3) Take a left onto Route 301 which merges into 41 (Tamiami Trail).
4) You will pass a traffic light at Bahia Vista and then see a large green glass building on your right.
5) Take a right after the green glass building onto Prospect Ave. and take an immediate right into the parking lot.
6) Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and Suite 201 is to the right after you get off.

LOCAL:

We are 2 blocks north of Sarasota Memorial Hospital on 41 (Tamiami Trail).  
From 41 go west onto Prospect and take an immediate right into the parking lot of the large green glass building.

Route 75, Exit 193 (Jacaranda Blvd.). Go East onto Jacaranda. Take a right at the first light onto Commercial Court. Bend around corner to right. About ¼ mile down, there is a small white sign on the left at the front of a parking lot (directly across street from Best Western). Take a left at the sign and drive into the parking lot. Drive straight and park in front of the building at the far corner (do NOT take a right and continue to drive down the parking lot). The corner building is 411. To the right of the front door there is a sign for Comprehensive MedPsych Systems with an arrow pointing to the right side of the building (Suite E) which is where you will find the door to the office.

Off of State Road 64

From 75, exit onto Route 64 (West) via EXIT 220B toward BRADENTON. Drive one mile and take a right onto 4th Ave. Circle. The office is in the Axcess Diagnostics Medical Building (between BrightHouse and Publix).

From 41 or 301, take State Road 64 East (Manatee Avenue) for approximately 4 miles. Take a left onto 4th Ave. Circle. The office is in the Axcess Diagnostics Medical Building (between BrightHouse and Publix).

In the south side of North Port Commons Shopping Mall.

Route 41 to the entrance (look for the large sign at the entrance which says "DENTIST" in large blue letters at the top and "CMPS PSYCHOLOGY" at the bottom).

Go into the entrance and take a left. The building is on the left. Look for the lettering on the building above the door which says CPA on the left and CMPS on the right.

From I-75

Take 75 and get off at exit 170, Kings Highway.  Go toward Route 41 (not toward Arcadia or the WalMart).  After several lights, turn right onto Olean Blvd.  Follow Olean past Harbor Blvd and you will pass Fawcett Memorial Hospital on the right. -At the next light turn Left on Aaron Street (there is a AAA on the corner). Just past AAA turn Right and come into the parking lot for Promenades Plaza.  Fawcett Sports & Rehabilitation is the corner suite as you drive in.

From Harbor Blvd:

- On Olean Blvd. pass Fawcett Memorial Hospital on the Right
- At the next light turn Left on Aaron Street (there is a AAA on the corner)
- Just past AAA turn Right and come into the parking lot for Promenades Plaza.
- Fawcett Sports & Rehabilitation is the corner suite as you drive in

From U.S. 41:

- Turn onto Olean Blvd. (there is a Ford dealership and Shell gas station on the corner)
- Just past the Shell station turn Right
- Pass the entrance to Bank of America, and turn Left at the next entrance to come in at Beall’s Outlet
- At the stop sign at Beall’s, stay to the Left.
- Fawcett Sports & Rehabilitation is at the end of the building on the Right.

Note:  The suite is shared with Company Care.  There is a large blue sign that says Entrance over the front door.  When you walk in, there is a large indoor pool behind a glass wall in the waiting area.  Wait there.

From I-275 South:

Take the SR-595 E exit, EXIT 23B, toward US-92/Downtown.
Stay straight to go onto 20th St N.
Turn right onto Central Ave.
Central Ave is just past 1st Ave N
If you are on 20th St S and reach 1st Ave S you've gone a little too far
